The great majority of teachers and students prefer to initiate the seminar monday morning instead of morning afternoon, for this reason we have decided to do as we had been doing before, starting the seminar on monday mornig.

Wednesday 22/07 afternoon, IS FREE FOR RELAX, WELLNESS, SHOPPING, ETC.

Saturday 25/07 from 10:00 to 12:30, KENDO COURSES & REFERING.

Saturday 25/07 at 13:00, KENDO EXAMINATIONS UP TO 5 DAN.

Saturday 25/07 from 17:00 to 18:00, MARTIAL ARTS DEMONSTRATION.

Saturday 25/07 from 18:00 to 21:00, INTERNATIONAL OPEN KENDO COMPETITION “OKADA CUP”.

Saturday 25/07 from 22:00 to 24:00, SAYONARA PARTY IN “BUDA ESPAI ANDORRA”.

As of this year, the International Kendo Seminar of Andorra makes an important qualitative jump as far as the lodging; all the group of teachers and students of the course will be provided with accommodations in a 5 stars hotel, with a remarkable improvement in the comfort of the rooms (all suites), the meals and the service. The supplement of reduced stay is eliminated for the first time, also the possibility of rooms of 4 people is offered, participants are free to choose between the lodging regime of bed & breakfast, half pension, or complete pension. InformaTION & InscripTions:

For the inscription it is necessary an “ODS or EXCEL” file from the organisation. After receiving this file (with detailed explanations) you can insert all the information about the participants and return it to the organisation.

Every club who would like to have a tariff of group should have a responsible who takes charge of the following steps:

• To communicate, using the ODS or EXCEL file, the reservation of the seminar and the hotel for each member of his group, indicating arrival & departure days to the hotel, room type (quadruple, triple, double, or individual) and lodging regime (bed & breakfast, half pension, or complete pension). And giving the number of persons that can participate in the Sayonara Party, in the competition or in the examination, and also the persons that need a parking place in the sports center.
• To obtain the money of the totality of the quotas of the seminar (without the hotel), plus the extras (Sayonara Party, parking in the sports centre) of all the members of his group.
• To pay the inscription, that is the totality of the quotas of the seminar (without the hotel), plus the extras (Sayonara Party, parking in the sports centre), of the members of his group to the following bank account:

• The limit date for the pre inscription is the 15-06-2009. After this date we don’t assure you the reservation of places at seminar & hotel.
• You have to make the payment of the right of examination (and registration in case of successfull examination)  directly to the federation (FADKEN) in the indicated place before the examination.The payment of the examination can be done individually.
• Finally, you have to make the payment of all the rest (hotel): lodging and meals, plus the extras of the hotel (laundry, mini-bar, parking of the hotel, etc), in the reception of the Crowne Plaza Hotel before leaving the hotel. The payment of the hotel can be done individually, but we recommend you to do it by rooms or by groups, in order to agilitate the hotel administration.

Individuals that aren’t members of any group should follow the same steps.
